I was hesitant to purchase a walking pad because I was worried they wouldn’t last or perform like a full size treadmill…but I was wrong! I’ve had this a few months now and can say it works great, gets up to high enough speeds so I can jog, and has really helped me with getting more active and increasing my daily steps. I work from home and find I was spending all of my time at my desk. This has really been a game changer. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to get moving without taking up tons of space. Assembly was simple and I haven’t needed to adjust it and haven’t had any issues. It’s quiet and just overall works great!

I’ve been using my walking pad every morning for the past 6 months, and it’s been a total game-changer for my daily routine. I absolutely love it!

Compact and Convenient: The slim design fits perfectly in my small bedroom right beside my bed. I leave it out since I use it every day, but it could easily be moved under a bed or couch when you’re not using it. Despite its compact size, it feels sturdy and reliable.

User-Friendly: The controls are super simple and I was able to get started right away. The digital display shows all the essentials like time and speed.

Perfect for Daily Walking: I walk on this pad for about half an hour each morning, and it handles daily use like a champ. It also runs smoothly and quietly so I don’t have to worry about waking my roommate up.

Durability: After 6 months of consistent use, I haven’t noticed any wear or tear. It still runs as smoothly as the day I got it!

If you’re looking for a compact, reliable walking pad to add some easy movement to your day, this is it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, and I’m confident it’ll last for a long time to come.

I used to walk several times a week but now, due to various health issues, walking outdoors has become somewhat of a challenge most days. I’ve was looking for a decent, inexpensive treadmill and this came up in my search. I had never heard of walking mats until now. What a great invention!! It has many of the same functions as a treadmill but has a much smaller footprint.

The walking pad came very well packaged. It weighs about 45lbs but once you get it out of the box, it can easily be moved around using the wheels on one end. It is basically ready to use right out of the box. It appears to be a solid, well made machine that supports weights up to 265lbs.

Included is the walking pad itself, 2 small squeeze bottles for lubricating, an L shaped wrench to tighten/loosen/centre the belt, the remote (battery included) and the user manual.

Regarding oiling/lubricant – mine was a bit dry when I received it (put your hand under the belt and if it’s dry it needs to be oiled). It’s very easy to do and is recommended you lubricate it after every 100 hours of use. Using the bottle, put oil under the centre of the belt and run the machine for 1 minute to distribute it.

Regarding the L shaped wrench – this is used to tighten, loosen and/or centre the belt on the pad. Insert the wrench into the screw on the left side of the machine and rotate 1/4 times clockwise to tighten; repeat on right side. If it needs to be tightened more, repeat the process on each side consecutively. To loose the process is the same but turn the screw counterclockwise to loosen.

The surface is quite comfortable to walk on and is very stable. The length is perfect for my height and stride and I don’t have trouble staying balance (this does not come with a support bar but would work quite well with a standing desk). I installed a shower type support bar on the wall next to it for balance assistance. I have bad arthritis and have found this to be a great way to keep myself moving while being very easy on my joints. There are shock absorbers positioned throughout the surface which help with impact on joints. You can use it flat or easily set a 15 degree incline by simply flipping the feet down on the bottom of either side of the machine.

There is a power button on the right hand side of the machine that you toggle on. The bright, LED display will do a countdown and display “3333-2222-1111” and then beep and it’s ready to go. Using the remote, you can adjust the speed from anywhere between 1-6kph.

The “pause” button is perfect for when your workout gets interrupted or if you need to take break for a few minutes. All of your data will be saved and the pause button flashes, when you get back on the pad press “resume” and your session will continue from where you left off. Pressing the “stop” button erases ALL data.

The machine has 3 modes for you choose how you want to measure your session, They are as follows:

    1) “Time” – determine your exercise session in minutes. The default is 30 minutes and this can be adjusted up or down by pressing the “speed” button on the remote. The range for this mode is 5-99 minutes.
    2) “Distance” – determine your exercise session in kilometres or miles. The default is 1km and this can be adjusted up or down by pressing the “speed” button on the remote. The range for this mode is 1-99 km.
    3) “”Calories” – determine your exercise session in calories burned. The default is 50kcal and this can be adjusted up or down by pressing the “speed” button on the remote. The range for this mode is 10-999 kcal.

For each of these modes, once you’ve reached your preset goal, the LED display will flash “END” in red and the machine will turn automatically off after a few minutes.

***Safety note – do NOT dismount while machine is running. If you are pausing your session, press the pause button and wait until the mat stops rolling to get off; if you are done of your session, press the stop button and wait until the mat stops rolling to get off.

My final analysis on this item is it’s a great exercise option at a very decent price that takes up much less space than many other machines out there. I find myself using it almost daily, sometimes just for 5-10 minutes and other times I do a complete session using the time/distance mode. I can easily roll this under my bed when it’s not in use so it’ doesn’t take up a huge amount of “prime real estate” in my mid-sized bedroom. I have Type 1 diabetes and sometimes have high blood glucose events. The easiest way to decrease these numbers is by exercise but sometimes it’s just not suitable to walk outside so I can easily roll this out and walk for a few minutes to quickly and easily regulate my blood sugar quickly. I actually ordered a second one of these for use at my cottage.

I highly recommend for anyone really but especially for those who have mobility issues and can’t always get outside to walk. It’s a comfortable, easy to operate machine that allows you to get some exercise in any time of the day or night for however long you’d like.

I ordered this ACTFLAME Walking Pad Treadmill so my wife and I could continue to stay active and keep up our step count even when it was too hot, too cold or too rainy to go out for a walk or run.

The treadmill comes with a remote control that already has a battery installed, and you also get a spare battery for the remote, an L-shaped wrench for adjusting the belt tension and tracking, a bottle of lubricating oil and the instruction manual.

This treadmill weighs just 45 lbs. and has small roller wheels at the front so it can be easily moved around by one person. It’s also pretty compact measuring 47.5″ long by 19.5″ wide and is just 4.5″ thick at the front so you can store under your bed, against a wall or in a closet when you’re not using it. The treadmill belt is 5 layers thick and has a nice non-slip surface. It measures 40″ long by 15.7″ wide and is a good size for walking, but most people won’t be able to run or jog on it at their natural stride.

There’s a power switch on the right front side to turn the treadmill on, and once it’s powered on you can use the included remote to turn it on or off. The remote stores in a small slot just above the power switch. There’s a large LED display at the front of the treadmill hat that can display either the Total Time, Total Distance, the Speed or Calories Burned. You cycle through the display using the “M” button on the remote. The 2.5 HP motor is really quiet even when it’s running at top speed and can handle up to 265 lbs. of weight. The speed of the treadmill can be adjusted in 0.1 mph increments using the remote and can be set as low as 0.6 MP up to 3.8 MPH.

The 3.8 MPH top speed is a good brisk walk speed for both myself and my wife and provides a nice work out. You can also adjust the incline of this treadmill by flipping out the two small legs a the front. That will raise the treadmill to 15 degrees incline so you can simulate walking uphill.

My wife and I are very happy with both the quality and price point of this treadmill and know it will get lots a use, so it gets a highly recommended.

Granted, this is the first walking pad I’ve ever owned, but holy cow…
Pros: this thing is SO easy to use! You literally just take it out of the box, plug it in, and it’s ready to go! It’s relatively quiet. The remote control is small, light and works great.

Cons: it’s rather heavy, which makes it difficult to maneuver. I wish the wheels worked a bit better and I wish they were on both ends, making it more versatile to move in either direction when moving it out of the way. You have to lift it up to add incline, but I’m sure an electric version of that adds a bit to the price tag. The first time I used it, I was barefoot and it felt like my feet were getting hot – totally possible that’s not a flaw, just the nature of using a treadmill barefoot (so maybe not really a con).

Overall, any issue I may have with this is really not a big deal and I think I made a good decision purchasing this specific one over the others I was considering.

I’ve been using this walking pad for a few months, and it’s been an excellent addition to my workspace. It’s sleek, compact, and fits perfectly under my standing desk, making it easy to incorporate movement into my workday without taking up much space.

One of the standout features is how quiet it is! I can walk while on calls or working on tasks without any noise distractions. The speed settings are easy to adjust, allowing me to go from a slow stroll during meetings to a brisker pace when I want to boost my energy.

While it’s not foldable, the slim design makes it easy to move around when I need to. The stability and build quality are top-notch, giving me confidence that it’s built to last.

Overall, it has greatly improved my productivity and helped me stay active during long work hours. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add some movement to their day!

I recently purchased the treadmill, and it has truly transformed my daily routine. This 4-in-1 perfect for both walking making it an ideal addition to my home office setup.

    SIZE:
The compact design is impressive. It fits perfectly under my desk and can be moved around, thanks to its lightweight build and integrated wheels. It feels incredibly sturdy and well-built, and easy to store when not in use, which is great for saving space in my home office.

    VERSATILITY:
If I’m in the mood for a brisk walk during conference calls the treadmill has me covered. The incline feature adds an extra challenge, which I appreciate allowing the simulation of outdoor terrains, making my workouts more effective and engaging.

    MOTOR:
The 2.5HP motor is powerful yet surprisingly quiet. I can use it during virtual meetings without any disruptive noise! This is especially important for me as I often have back-to-back calls and need to maintain a professional atmosphere. The remote control is a convenient touch, allowing me to adjust settings without breaking stride. The treadmill also has a safety key, which protects me from falling.

    OVERALL
The treadmill is an excellent investment for anyone looking to stay active while working from home. Its versatility, portability, and performance make it a standout product. I highly recommend it!

I am very pleased with this purchase! It works without bogging down as you step so the motor has plenty of power. It’s amazing how easy it is to move around and store out of the way.
I bought this to use under my stand-up desk so together with the remote and elevation control it’s so convenient and I get my miles in every day as I work! Large clear display is a bonus.
I’ve bought more expensive treadmills, but they bog down or just too heavy to move around. Glad I found this one!! Buy the ActFlame

The idea of this treadmill is a good one. It’s easy to hide and can slide underneath a bed or be tucked away out of the way when not in use. It has a small form factor and is easy to move around since it’s way lighter than a traditional treadmill.

The maximum speed is 3.8 miles per hour, which I find to be kind of the awkward phase between a fast walk and a jog, so this is mainly a walking treadmill, and based on the narrower track, that’s probably a good thing. If you are used to having handles to hold on to, or your balance isn’t quite on point, its easy to lose your alignment and veer off to the sides, so you really have to focus at the beginning – At least it took me some getting used to.

The benefit is that it does come with a remote control, so you can easily adjust the speed or start / pause your workout with the touch of a button. You probably want to wear something with pockets if you don’t want to keep the remote permanently attached to your hand while using this device. I will say, the motor is a lot quieter than traditional treadmills which is great if you’re not trying to disturb other members of your household. The incline feature is works kind of like a keyboard’s legs. You have to set these up before stepping on, so you’re kind of committing to the incline at the start of your workout.

I would say this is a decent “walking pad” but be prepared to focus on your stability and balance if you’re used to a more traditional treadmill design.

I bought this for my husband, and he uses it when it’s raining, snowing, or very cold. He usually spends about an hour on the treadmill each time. At first, I was a bit worried that it would make too much noise, but it runs super quietly. And the machine is very stable on the floor.
This is ready for use right out of the box! The remote and everything works fine out of the box. it is pretty great for a convenience. Incline is an awesome feature as it allows us to adjust my workout,anti-slip Running Belt & Shock Reduction System work well,The speed is good too even only with a 2.5HP motor , The remote is easy to use. althrough this is a small machine ,but big LED display allows you to accurately track speed, distance, time and calories in real time clearly. This ultra slim and portable walking pad treadmill is perfect for staying fit at home and particularly for small home fitness spaces. I have it set up where I can watch TV or play video games while I burn a few calories. if you are lazy person and need to increase your activity levels without any planning for the weather condition restriction or even going outside. I definitely recommend this treadmill to you.
by the way,The power cord is not relatively long, and if you want the treadmill to be placed away from the wall, you may need to extend the cord.
So far, this is one of the best purchases of the year. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Overall, this treadmill is worth it.
In addition, the shipping speed is absolutely fast, the packaging is intact, and Amazon services are always perfect! Thank you Amazon.
