These are great. They do work with phone and do protect hands from cold but if you want to bike in temperatures below 40ish the hands starts freezing again.

  2. Naciri

Great gloves for cycling. Prob not Great for very very cold like sub zero temps but in and around zero adequate. Prob go size bigger as small fitting. But deffo worth the money

  3. Grid_moto

Grippy things on the palm fell off on the first day of use and the glove itself started to lose waterproofing shortly after. Doesn’t keep your hands warm

  4. Adam

Very disappointed on the quality. The stitching has started to come away on the first week of use !
Gloves are not as warm as I was expecting. But they have a good look though and the touch screen works fine too.

  5. Spencer Marshall

The gloves look well made and appears to be a very good hand warmer. Unfortunately it was too small for my hands to use. I began to put it on, and knew it was to small , and I did not try to force it on as to not ruin them.

However, sad it was too small, as they look like a quality item.

Will consider purchasing again a larger than normal size for a future trip.

Update**** rode with these in North Carolina and worked great. Extremely comfortable and kept my hands really warm. The grip was also very good, had no issues with the grip coking off like in some of the reviews. Overall a great glove.

Initial review after receiving gloves, will ride with them next week in a colder location and will update.

They seem to fit really nice and are very comfortable. I followed the size guide and ordered the medium which I thought was odd (typically always wear large) and would be to small but they actually fit perfect and as described. They are very warm and should be great for colder rides.

I did some testing on the touch screen and they seem to function as described with the index finger always working on the phone.

I also did some water testing. The main part of the gloves seem to be very water resistant on the outside with water running off with no absorption. The wrist cuff material does not seem to be waterproof and can take on water, although I think this is a good feature, at least for me, as this should act nicely as a sweat band. Typically I wear sweat bands to absorb sweat to keep my gloves from getting soaked.

I went ahead and ordered my son a pair based on the initial review and will try them out soon to see how they perform in MTB situations.

These are a soft shell style glove. Don’t expect a thick type ski glove here. This is not a bad thing, as lerway describes these more for activities where you get your heart rate and temperature up (i.e. running, mountain biking, etc). I would call these a wind proof mid weight glove. For activities like running or mountain biking you will be able to were these for cool to cold days (thinking to down to about 30/35 degrees). When it is near freezing out your hands will be cold at first until you warm up from the activity. Below freezing I’ll be looking for my ski gloves. As they are a soft shell they will withstand some rain/water but they will eventually soak through, but they are breathable, and stretch/move with your hand well. Sizing chart seemed accurate as the size I ordered fit literally like a glove. They are not a mtb specific glove and I can see them being a bit slippery on the thumb and pointer finger when the printer rubber wears off like it always does on this type of glove. The touch screen fingers work extremely well and are a great feature. I did find the palm bunches a little in a closed hand but overall comfort is okay. I will be using these in the morning from my house to the cold car until it warms up and the walk from the parking lot to the office, even on the coldest days. There heavy enough for short spurts of real cold but wouldn’t want to be outside for a long period in extreme cold with them. I will give them a go on the mtb also and see how they hold up. Overall, for the price, they’re nice.

I have only worn these on a short walk with my dog so far so this is just my initial impression of these gloves.

Packaging: Gloves came in a resealable plastic pouch which I plan to store them in during the warmer months.
Fit: These fit my hands very well. Not loose, not tight. I am usually between a medium and a large or Extra large depending on brand and intended use of the gloves.
Materials: Comfortable, warm and wind proof. I cannot comment on wether or not they are water proof yet. The touchscreen function works very well, much better than some of my other gloves that cost twice as much. The gloves aren’t overly bulky either. I could easily ride my mountain bike with these on.

Do you have a bigger size. XL is just a little small . XXL would be better . thanks

  10. Honest reviews

The product is just as in pictures. The glove is not so large that gets in the way of everything, but not so thin/small that makes it easier to get your card on the wallet or keys in pockets. I live in Vancouver and so far it has been waterproof/water resistant on rainy days. No problems with using the touch function on my phone (that’s good). But what disappointed me is that it was advertised as winter gloves and I am in late fall and already feeling my fingers hurt from cold. I think the material inside retains water when you sweat, and that water cools off, which in consequence freezes you. As temperatures are still going to drop, I may have to buy a new pair for the cold

  11. Craig

They are comfortable and feel really good. I was looking for a balance of a thinner glove but still enough provide warmth, and wind protection. The added bonus to these are that they are water resistant so far. I use them for fishing in cooler temps and I’ve been able to cast relatively easy. I can handle my baitcasters like I don’t have gloves on, and I can still feel the line with my index finger with sensitivity. The formed grip pads are nice and firm. The touch screen functionality works, but like any other glove that claims it, it’s far from the perfect touch. Just enough to activate my screen and unlock it, but texting is not great.

Now the bad. You can see in my photos what happened after the 2nd time I wore them. I have worn these gloves for a total of 4 hours between 2 days and the seam ripped apart on my left outer palm. In this situation the price does not warrant me to file a claim, and take the time to send them back. I’m not even here to whine up a storm for a refund. But I do want everyone to know what to expect. If they had run a double stitch or even stronger thread, these glove would be close to perfect. Also, I wore these on a hike in 38 degree weather and my hands started getting cold after about 30-40mins. I ended up sewing the seam up myself and kept them. Hell I just bought them 2 weeks ago lol.

*Update 12-12-20 the grip texture has worn off from use. Light use like, just wearing them…. or holding my dogs leash on a walk. I would say flip a coin and if you don’t buy these don’t feel bad.

  12. Grid_moto

You can definitely touch the screen very easily.. it said do not submerge in water so I hadn’t tried that but you can’t get them wet and they still will work and they keep your hands warm.. but definitely size down
