The GETASI Rechargeable Headlamp set is a remarkable addition to any outdoor enthusiast’s gear collection. This 2-piece set, designed for both adults and kids, brilliantly balances functionality and convenience, making it ideal for various activities like camping, hiking, running, fishing, and cycling.
Firstly, the luminosity of these headlamps is impressive. With a 1200 lumen LED light, the illumination provided is powerful and far-reaching, which is essential for nighttime activities. Whether navigating through dark trails or setting up camp after dusk, these headlamps offer clarity and visibility that enhances safety and ease.
One of the standout features of the GETASI headlamp is its motion sensor capability. This intuitive function allows for hands-free operation, which is incredibly useful when you need to perform tasks without the hassle of switching the light on or off manually. This feature is not just a convenience but a game-changer in situations where dexterity and quick response are needed.
Regarding comfort, these headlamps do not disappoint. They are lightweight, ensuring they can be worn for extended periods without discomfort. The adjustable straps are a thoughtful touch, accommodating different head sizes and even fitting over hats or helmets. This adaptability makes them suitable for a wide range of users, from kids embarking on their first camping trip to seasoned adventurers.
Durability and weather resistance are crucial for any outdoor gear, and the GETASI headlamps meet these criteria admirably. The waterproof design means they can withstand various weather conditions, from rain to snow, ensuring reliability when it matters most.
Battery life is another strong point. Being rechargeable, these headlamps are both eco-friendly and cost-effective in the long run. The battery life is sufficient for prolonged use, reducing the need for frequent recharging during trips.
While these headlamps are predominantly positive, a minor downside is the initial learning curve with the motion sensor, which might require some getting used to. However, this is a small trade-off for the convenience it offers.
In conclusion, the GETASI Rechargeable Headlamp set is a high-quality, versatile, and user-friendly option for anyone needing reliable illumination in outdoor settings. Its combination of powerful lighting, motion sensor technology, comfort, durability, and long battery life makes it an excellent investment for both casual and serious outdoor enthusiasts.

Great headlamp for the price point. Looks great and is bright. Buttons are crisp and it should perform well during my hunts. Small and compact which means lightweight.

So far, these headlamps are of decent quality and function. However, they’re nowhere near the claimed 1200 Lumen output. They charge fast and easily with the included usb-c cable. Longevity of battery power is of acceptable performance as well. It has many brightness levels as well as solid red and flashing red levels. Time will tell if these hold up to every day use. At two headlamps for under $10, I really can’t complain.

I thought I was ordering the same headlamps I had ordered about a year ago… to my surprise, these are even better! So I took some pictures of them side by side.
You can see that the COB (yellow) parts are definitely bigger (and they’re noticeably brighter for area lighting. The spot light part (reflector in the middle) is a little smaller on the new headlamps, but they put out the same amount of light. I guess they use the same LED, just a little smaller reflector to make room for the bigger COB.
The buttons are also bigger, and easier to find… the straps are both high quality – perfect for holding the headlamp comfortably. The new version has a USB-C cable (easier to use, and more common than the micro USB on the old one that you’d have to plug in only one way. USB-C goes either way). And finally, in the third picture, you can see the blue LEDs on the side that indicate battery level (very handy). On the new headlamp, there’s an added green LED to show when the motion sensor is active.
So, why do I really like these lights? They’re bright, can handle getting wet (I haven’t tested them under severe conditions, but getting rained on is no problem at all), and they’re rechargeable! That saves lots of batteries that my older headlamps eat. The cost of batteries alone will pay for these lamps in 6 months to a year for me.
The flip side of the rechargeable batteries is that you can’t just replace the batteries when they’re dead. You have to charge them. That’s why I always carry the second one with me – so that I can just swap them out while the first one is charging. This may be an issue for you if you’re on a long camping trip, or otherwise away from a power source for charging.
In summary, these lights are bright enough in either mode to be very useful, small enough to be handy, don’t require batteries, and can handle water. I generally don’t use the motion detector, but I could see it being handy when you’re around others, and don’t want to blind them. Overall, they’re a good choice for my needs.

A headlamp is usually a pretty simple product, but this rechargeable 2-pack exceeded all my expectations! I bought these because I was tired of constantly changing batteries in my other headlamps, and I wanted something lightweight that could be charged via USB-C. These headlamps blew me away!
One of the coolest features is the motion sensor. With a quick wave of your hand in front of your face, the light turns off. This is incredibly handy when working on my car or other tasks—no fumbling for buttons, just a quick wave and it’s done. The brightness is impressive, with three brightness modes, plus a Red LED mode and flashing Red or White options. You can even disable the sensor to keep the light on constantly if needed.
The battery life is fantastic, lasting us five days in the mountains on a single charge, and they recharge quickly with the USB-C port. For the price, they are absolutely worth it—I’d easily pay $10 more for these! If you’re in the market for a reliable, rechargeable headlamp, you won’t be disappointed with these. LOVE THEM!
