I have trouble maintaining potassium and magnesium in my blood. I have tried several things recommended by my doc, including quinine water. Gatorade has worked the best, but, since I don’t drink artificial sweeteners, it had a pretty high calorie content. This product is great, low sugar, no artificial sweetener. and good flavors. I wore out on the watermelon pretty quickly but found that mixing it with watermelon flavored sparkling water made a delicious drink. Highly recommend.

The flavor is amazing. The cost is a bit high. But the convenience is great. My only issue has been some *tubes* have been hardened and had to be broken up to be served/poured. Which leads me to believe that the tube leaked or allowed in moisture. Just be careful on the sodium content here. If you are not sweating, you may want to be careful there.

They have like 6 different red & pink Gatorade zeros, plus like 25 other red & pink versions & flavors. Berry Gatorade zero is by far the best – actually refreshing, has some tartness they’re always lacking with so much sugar, and is the only one I don’t need to cut with water to enjoy the flavor of. Watermelon is fine, cherry is obviously everyone’s favorite here. They know it’s the red, white, and blue flavors that we crave – give us what we crave – give us our electrolytes and sugar with enough chemicals to ‘beat’ a nutrition label. Would recommend – at this price it’s better than the bottles.
Only negative is the mixing which is an obvious need with a powder. These are hazy for a while after mixing, but then turn clear after ~3 minutes. The white looks like milk after mixing. They also have a chaulky flavor after mixing which somehow goes away when the opaqueness does.

With these excessive heat days, I need the rehydration and quick absorption of the minerals that this provides. I especially like the easy portability of the packets and not shipping water or bottles that require recycling or a landfill. Having an assortment of flavors to try helped me choose which one to get in the future.

Good flavors. The best thing is that there are no artificial sweeteners, so I don’t get that aftertaste.

Cheaper than buying G2 Zero in bulk at the store!

Best hydration drinks out there. A lot of hydration packs don’t have all the necessary electrolytes we need including potassium so I was very excited to see that this one did have it. I really like the taste

I give this to my guys everyday. Being in safety, I have done the research and price checking and Gatorlyte gives us the best bang for our buck. Has the most electrolytes for workers who work in the sun, 110 degree weather. I should buy stock in this.
