    Beautiful product, excellent exercise tracker

The watch is beautiful, but it keeps falling off. It comes apart, without warning, where the band attaches to the watch face. Yesterday I lost it shopping. Fortunately, after an anxious search, I recovered it. Now I’m afraid to wear it. A lot of good it’s doing me. I’ve only been able to wear my watch for less than two weeks. I can’t return it. It was a birthday present and my husband purchased it a week before my birthday. It wouldn’t set up with my iPhone 6 so I had to get a new phone. So I’m out of time.
Also the information that comes with the watch is next to none. I like to at least be able to start using my devices when I get them. It doesn’t even tell you what operating system the watch requires for set up and sync. I had to go to YouTube and try to figure out how to get it working.
    I’M SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!
I’m going to reach out to the company. I hope they stand by their products and above all, address the issue for future buyers.

Update: 11/2022 – 9 months later. this device is a waste. It’s inaccurate, unresponsive, hard to use, doesn’t retain a charge, doesn’t adhere very well to the charger & I’ve had to use the silicone band instead of the $100 stainless steel one. The band is starting to tear too. I have to be careful that the silicone band doesn’t release from the watch face also. I tried to contact the company but found that to be impossible. I won’t be buying any more Fitbit products and I will use this until I can afford to buy another brand. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment.

PS: it doesn’t charge or sync a lot of the time. And syncing takes forever. I think I mentioned before that it goes dead without warning. Doesn’t hold a charge very well. I’m so disappointed.

Replacing a Fitbit (as a gift) and she loved how this was a more elegant look than the previous one.

Accurate description and prompt international delivery. Highly recommended.

This is a neat Fitbit but the bracelet will not stay attached to the Fitbit. I have two different bands and the catch on the edges of the Fitbit are simply not secure enough or quality enough to hold the band on.

Unfortunately, when it started falling off my window was closed. I may reach out anyway and claim it’s defective, but I doubt if that’s going to do me any good at this point. Considering the cost of this Fitbit I
would pass if I had it to do over.

Update: took this to a jeweler and had the bracelet welded.

This is my 2nd one of this style (original lasted over 2 years). I like that it can get wet and it is small on my wrist. The bracelet band does come loose now and then. The rubber bands never do. I wear it 24/7 except for charging, and get about 14,000 steps per day.

I’m very happy with the fitbit, very Nice looking ! Sometimes the step counter is not always accurate but appart from that it makes the Job.

Had lots of complaints while wearing the gold straps saying that it’s pretty and unusual been working really well for me

  10. Nadia El-Sharkawy

Absolutely perfect, battery has lasted me now 5 days and it’s still at 28%. Regular strap fit me fine, even though my wrist is a bit wide. Was a little unsure of the Gorjana strap before purchase, but works fine. Wore it for two days straight, including bedtime and it never came off. App is amazing!

She says it functions as well as her previous model but we both agree this is the best looking option to date. I did get her couple additional “watch band” type bands for her to swap out but she has only used the ones it came with so far. I love the gold detailing around the face it looks really nice– I think I am pickier about the way those types of things look than she is but I feel like they ruin a nice looking outfit and this is way less of a “stand out” distraction if you’re wearing jewelry and such. I may even consider getting one now! Definitely recommend. I don’t think my mom uses the app a whole lot other than just to view her numbers. I will update the review if it proves to have any durability or longevity issues.

I bought this back in October 2021 after saving up for months. I had wanted a tracker with the stress monitoring, but the Fitbit Sense was way too big for my taste.

PROS: It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting, with the features I like (stress & heart monitoring, sleep score, step tracking, waterproof, albeit to a certain degree). The gold trim with the gorjana band was beautiful and made me feel fancy. I wanted a tracker that didn’t look like a basic fitness watch.

The steps can be off a bit if you move your arms a lot, but not so much that its a significant problem. Just a weird quirk I noticed while moving around at my desk job.

CONS: The Sleep Score, O2 monitor, and other features are very basic information. I didn’t realize how much more detailed they could be, until I started my premium membership trial. Which is a bummer, because that extra data is actually pretty insightful.

But the main problem is the gorjana band. The beautiful gold band, which was a main selling point for me, does not stay attached to the pebble/main watch. At first I thought I had it too tight, so I adjusted the links on it (which was a bit tricky to figure out, until I saw a video). But it still kept happening. Like, within 3 minutes of squeezing the clips and walking around. After 2 weeks of constantly checking to see if the band was loose, I surrendered to the silicone band, which cause some skin issues for a while. I recently decided to retry the gold band again (4 whole months later) and this time the band came off completely! I switched back to the silicone band in 1 day after too many close calls.

Upon doing some research, it became apparent that this is a common/known issue and there is no fix for it. It’s a damn shame, because all of the non-silicone bands have issues for the large amount of money we pay for them.

The watch itself is great, but the “Special Edition” is hardly worth the extra money for a band that doesn’t stay on. Unless you want to count that money towards paying for the “free 6 month premium trial”.

Its better to get just the wtch and skip on the bands. I had hoped that after a year, Fitbit would have fixed this issue, but I haven’t seen anything yet.

Oh, and buy a screen protector. I regret not doing that. The screen on my watch got a deep scratch from something random and I can see a few minor dings on it from my hand hitting walls and doors when I walk around.

Don’t spend the extra hundred dollars on this particular Fitbit because it comes with the fancy gold band. The fancy gold band does not fit or stay connected to the Fitbit and you will lose it. I’ve seen reviews all over the Internet of people having the same problem of the band, not fitting the Fitbit. So the extra hundred dollars you pay for this is an absolute waste of money. Do not buy this for the gold band.
