Price is great. Work well right out of package. Great item to toss in your vehicle in case of breakdown. Easy to use. Plenty bright enough and comfortable to wear. Won’t know about battery life until they have been in play for a long time.

Honestly, these are adequate headlamps, and I like the fact that you can just replace the batteries with standard store bought ones, but it’s TOO bright, even on the lowest setting. They are not good for jogging, you will blind people and animals headed towards you. They’re not even good for working in the dark with even 1 more person, you will blind them too.
Plus, the single push button control on top is very clunky. Having to cycle through 3 brightness settings AND the flasher every time to turn it off is annoying, and honestly, there’s no need for anything besides the lowest brightness setting and the flasher. It would’ve been better to have a simple left to right slider with the middle being “off”. Slide left to turn on, and slide right for the flasher. I already have a decent LED toolbox light that has that kind of control setup from my late uncle, and that control system is better. Plus the light I had previously was just bright enough, not overly and blindingly bright.

These headlamps work great! I mostly use the spotlight… First button click bright light narrow beam…2nd click a little dimmer narrow light…3rd click is the spotlight wide beam…4th click flashing light…5th click is off. The headlamps tilt down and the headband keeps it’s adjustment. I use rechargeable batteries in them so I didn’t pay attention to how long the batteries last. I would definitely buy these again!

Great head lamp. Used it for camping and happily blinded my friends each time we spoke. They hated it but I think they were jealous.

I lose headlamps like some people lose ballpoint pens. These are affordable considering you get 5 at a time.
The light is bright, they work well, but over time the act of tilting the headlamp or opening them to replace the batteries *will* cause the little “nub” that connects the headlamp hinge to the headband housing to snap off.
I’m now on my second set of 5. Of the first set, I ended up losing three of them over the course of a year. For the other two, the headband housing snapped as described above. From the two that broke, I get the feeling that if I hadn’t lost the others they’d eventually have suffered the same fate.
For my use-case, that still means they will normally outlast me misplacing them. And I’ve saved the headlamp part itself on the two that broke. Who knows, maybe one day one of the lamp parts will fail without the headband housing breaking, and I can use it as a replacement.
If you keep better track of your headlamps than I do, or you need something that will last many years, maybe you should invest in a Black Diamond headlamp.
If you need something for short trips or you don’t need your headlamps to to last with frequent use, these will do the trick.
