Great for walking and takes up very little space. You would not be able to jog on this as the surface is too short. Also, when you turn it on, the chiming is very loud and so is the beeping when it is about to start.

For the price it’s definitely the mat you can put your hand one !
It’s small, easy to love around and sturdy.
The app (optional) allow you to walk/run with others and earns points or even money so definitly a motivation ! Highly recommend

I bought this because I love reading but always find that with my busy schedule, I have no time to read and get my steps in. It was always one or the other. I was inspired by someone online who suggested getting a walking pad so you can read and walk at the same time. I have lost myself for hours at a time and walked more in a day than I have in months. Right now I’m getting around 20,000 steps a day whereas before it was between 7,000 – 10,000. Would 100% recommend it if you’re someone who likes reading or watching TV but also just wants to go for a walk. This is the best of both worlds without a doubt!
As for the walking pad itself, it’s great! Lightweight, relatively quiet, and sturdy. It is just a bit short for the tall girlies who have a wider stride. I’m 5’8″ and it’s perfect but I have a friend who’s 6’3″ and she had to shorten her stride a bit but said it was relatively easy to do and didn’t affect her much. It was slightly higher at the motor than I’d hoped so it didn’t fit under my couch, but it’s so light I just stand it up against the wall behind our recliner when not in use.

I’m obsessed. There is much to love. It’s my first treadmill and I am really enjoying myself. It sits in front of my TV near my AC. I can watch my favorite show while sneaking in a little physical activity in the comfort of my own home. No reason to laze around during blistering summer days.
