Mine leaked like a sieve. Gasket was not holding water in. Returned.

This is the third CamelBak Hydrobak I’ve owned and second of this size. It’s lighter in weight than the older models with less padding; you forget you’re wearing it. This has one larger storage pocket with a ton more space than the older model; I fit two protein bars, chapstick, phone with a nearly full reservoir. The adjustable sternal strap is way too high and sits at my clavicle, which is uncomfortable and odd; not an improvement from the older model. The reservoir hasn’t leaked for me (as many have reported) but it’s still difficult to clean and dry. The cap screws on more easily though.

I bought these for some scenario paintball games and they work great. The on/off valve is a must as they can leak when left overnight. No strange flavors from the bags, easy to take out and clean, very lightweight. They also have a loop on the shoulders for mics or other items you might want to attach to your pack. Well worth the money. I would definitely buy again.

I’m small (4’11” 118lbs) and it’s the perfect size! This is the 0.5 liter version so it’s smaller than the normal/average sized camelbak. There’s a separate pocket for things like granola bars, phone, wallet, keys, etc. I absolutely love it! **I know at the end of the video the water mouth piece drips but that’s because it’s not in the locked position. I haven’t had any leakage with this backpack/bladder**

Perfect if you just carry water and not much else

I was worried about the amount of storage in this, none of the reviews or product photos did a good job at showing how much you could really fit inside of it. See my video for more info, but they did a great job.
On a long run I want to carry my cell phone, a snack bar, and a small strip of moleskine. This bag will hold far more easily. It is very comfortable and very lightweight.
If you are filling the pouch with cold or icy water, you need to have realistic expectations about what it means to place that upon your back. Condensation will form and it will soak through the pack in both directions. So satch out for your electronics; if you intend to bring along your phone for a run tracking, it would be a good idea to put it in a ziplock bag.

This Backpack is a great option for cyclists who are looking for a lightweight and comfortable way to stay hydrated on the go. The pack is made with durable materials and features a ventilated back panel and harness for cooling and breathability. It also has a secure zippered pocket for storing keys, phone, or other essentials.
I’ve been using it for a few months now and I’ve been really impressed with it. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear, even when I’m riding for long periods of time. The reservoir is easy to fill and the bite valve is easy to use. I also like that the pack has a secure zippered pocket for storing my keys and phone.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s a great option for cyclists who are looking for a lightweight and comfortable way to stay hydrated on the go.
