honestly, this was my first “camel back” purchase and I’m really impressed, I’ve used it for actual military use and on the span of 2 months I saw many of my buddies 80-150$ camel back’s pop or break meanwhile I was chillin with my 40$ “camel back” lol, I still have it and plan on using it

Like many others, I experienced the “leaky lid” syndrome. After initially washing it out and filling it and adding a few drops of bleach, it leaked all over from the screw on lid. I was initially upset (rightfully so), but after looking at it a little closer, the lid is just VERY fussy, it has to be on JUST right. If it is slightly off, it will not seal properly. This could have been prevented by adding a rubber seal or gasket to the interior of the lid. After fiddling with it several times, it eventually sealed and held the water even while being squeezed and after that, I ran 4 miles with it on and no leaks.
The drinking tube came wound up inside the pack, which caused a serious kink in the tubing, making it difficult to drink from. But I think submerging it in hot water for a bit will straighten it out.
I completely understand, this is not a Camelbak and honestly for the price I could have paid a bit more and gotten one. I liked that the pattern perfectly matched the plate carrier I use to run with, probably not the best reason to buy something but c’est la vie. With a full 3L bladder this should add about 6+ extra pounds (3kg) to the 20+lbs (9kg) of the plates and carrier.
Just too many things that need to be fixed or tweaked. I’ll keep it for now until it is unusable, or look into getting a new bladder and tubing for it.

The bladder in this pack leaks from the water outlet connector. Not a huge amount but enough that it’s annoying. It’s also awkward to use, the bladder is held in place in the bag solely by the cap – to remove the bladder you need to remove the cap completely, then wrestle it out of the bag. Putting it back in is also somewhat of a pain.
The bag itself has a separate pocket for storage but it’s not a lot. You could fit maybe a couple of small things in there. It also feels cheap, like most of it is made from a higher grade reusable shopping bag material.
There was also a kink in the hose when I got it, this was however easily sorted out by heating it with a hair dryer.
All in all, not a product I would recommend.

It leaked, the tube would not draw (and no, there weren’t any kinks in it). It was cheap, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Bought this for a trip and then wind up not being able to go, so I have not actually used it yet, to leave a review on its performance and how long it will keep water cold. I still think it was worth the money for what I paid; since I didn’t pay a whole lot for it. I did check it out though and the straps are adjustable which should aid in your comfort when wearing it. Based on everything I mentioned, I’m highly confident that it will not lack in proper performance and do what it should. If anything changes, I will update my review.

Cons takes a lot to get the water trough the tube and after one use one of the clips have snapped

This is a great little hydration pack. I dont love that the bladder cant be taken out to clean but was easy to fill. The cover to the bladder has to be screwed on just right to close securely but for the price I can deal with these “issues”.
There is a little pocket in the back of the back to keep your items but not much will fit in there. Pack is light and comfortable to wear. The tan was the cheapest option and for $20 you cant go wrong.

The first time I used it resulted in the tube becoming clogged with something, or possibly kinked. I grew sad and thirsty but me buddy returned the flow while I still wore it on the back. This resulted in a number of cartwheels performed by others, so I applauded.

This is a great hydration pack, definitely recommended. Not a lot of room for storage, ideal for cycling, but probably not so much for hiking with the limited storage spaces.

I dislike having to re write reviews about this product but solely blame the man at Amazon. Cool little bag for the booze anyway. People think I’m hiking. Literally getting slammed down by the legion. Mixes a sick rye and water. Makes walking ok. For the most part.

I recently purchased the ATBP tactical water hydration pack to use while working outdoors. I have a busy landscaping business and have, for well over a decade been using a thermal bag with a ice pack that requires freezing. While it keeps my beverages very cold I have to stop working and oftentimes walk a considerable distance to retrieve my bag. Since purchasing this product I no longer have to stop working and can hydrate on the go. The 3L pack is very easy to wear and after about a week I no longer even feel it. I should have ran across you guys years ago. Great product.
Smaller than expected, but sharp and will serve it’s purpose well. –

Can’t wait for weekend to go hiking with it.
