I much prefer the style clasp on these bands to the sport band that came with my Charge 5. These do not seem to be as thick and are likely not as durable as the originals but there are three of them and the buckle is just easier for me to work and seems a little more secure on my wrist.

These bands snap nicely right into my Charge 5. I haven’t changed bands in a while, but I did enjoy the new the colors (Blue Gray/ Navy Blue/ Black) and switching it up.

These are nice and flexible, and I actually really like the perforated band. Both for the look AND for when I’m working out and sweating – they definitely let my wrist breathe better than just a regular silicone band. The only drawback to the holes in the strap is that if you’re putting on lotion/sunscreen/anything else, it could get caught up in there (see picture). Easy fix with a little effort and a Q-tip or toothpick.

The connection into the Fitbit itself is solid and clicks into place nicely. I like the double-prong fastener and the way it fits. I do have slightly smaller wrists, so I’m not sure this would fit a larger person’s wrist as well with enough left over band.

My Luxe kicked the bucket after three years, and I ended up replacing it with a Charge 6. Unfortunately, Charge bands are about twice as wide as those on the Luxe, so I wanted to pick up some sport-style bands that felt a little more breathable. I’ve generally had good experiences with third-party bands, even if they don’t last quite as long as the pricier official ones. Usually paint on the buckles starts scraping off or something.

Anyway, I like these bands so far! They fit my Charge 6 perfectly, and the locking mechanism feels sturdy enough for vigorous activity. I’ve included a photo of the bottom band compared to the official “large” size so you can get idea of how much it might wrap around your wrist. The top part with the buckle is just slightly smaller than the official one. The silicone loop that manages any excess has a nub in it that keeps it from sliding around, as well.

I’m a lefty but regularly use a computer mouse with my right hand, and I find the buckle and band sit flat enough against my wrist that I don’t experience that any more discomfort than usual resting my arm on a desk.

I was very surprised when I opened the set, expecting to find three different colors. Two of them look virtually identical, the third (gray) is a more obviously different from the other two.
These bands are fairly flexible silicone, and I like the way they fasten with two prongs, and then two rings to hold the flat end against your wrist and the band. This end that does not have the buckle would otherwise stick out and flop around. The rings stay put with two tiny nubs that fit into the holes between rows of holes that the prongs fit into. They are quite adjustable for size, and they seem pretty durable. It is very good that it comes with two rings, because the ring closest to the very end broke off, after about six months. Both halves of the band were very easy for my husband to install on the watch itself, once we read the directions. It’s harder for me, because my fine motor skills with my fingertips are more limited, due to arthritis in the joints. I do like this type of band, because it breathes well, fastens securely, and is easy to clean.

I was looking for a watch to monitor my vital signs. This one is great and the price was even better. Would like one to read RBC but they aren’t made yet. I am very much a senior citizen and have cancer. This watch brings me comfort. The set up was super easy.

3 bands for a reasonable price. Good fit for medium sized wrist. Not a lot of extra strap hanging out loosely. Easy to fasten with double fastener pins
