This is a great hydration powder. Very low in sugar and calories. Tastes good, especially if it’s mixed in ice water. It has calcium and magnesium besides sodium and potassium. I also like the sodium, potassium ratio.

To the many people that commented about the taste negatively, here’s what I do
With this product and every powdered electrolyte I have ever used, I NEVER use the full amount with anything below 32 ounces
ALL electrolyte powders at their recommended mixture with 8 to 16 oz It is way too intense and strong for me.
Also I drink a lot of water so why mix it with such a little amount
Whether it be winter or summer I mix two packets in my half gallon under armor jug. The dilution rate tastes great and I’m constantly getting electrolytes. When it’s really hot I finished the 1/2 gallon, I carry extra packets and just feel again with water
There are hundreds of options for people just wanting to stay hydrated with certain diets or health issues but being an athlete this is definitely the best one I have tried

I use this product every morning mixed with Apple Cidar Vinegar, lemon juice and shaved ginger in a quart jar with ice. Great way to start your day. Excellent hydration

Initially saltier than expected but as you continue drinking these mixes you get used to the taste. I like that it’s zero sugar and that I always feel energized after drinking a full cup of it. My only complaint is that I wish the berry or coconut shined through a bit more the flavor itself is weaker compared to other products I’ve tried but it’s still pretty good. Keeps me hydrated.

My wife and told me that she wanted to try this “liquid IV” deal she heard about so after doing some research I found this product. My experience using this product vs my wife is different. I had some reactions to this product that she did not. I get acid reflux easy. This product triggered my reflux. Also, I must be allergic to some of the ingredients in this product because it made the taste buds in the center of my tongue swollen. The swollen taste buds lasted about 24 hrs. My wife on the other hand has no issues with this product. I bought this product shortly before a trip because I knew we were going to be doing a lot of walking and sightseeing.
We tried drinking this product before going out, during our outing and after our outings just to see what differences there are if any. We definitely felt it was more beneficial to drink this during and after than before. We did this over 3 days as the instructions say to drink one a day.
The other kinda weird thing is that when this product is put in cold water, it seems to give the water a “warm” taste. We put ice in it and that does help. Also the flavor could be better. We didn’t get much of a “lemon berry” flavor.
This product does cost more than other “Liquid IV” products. You’re paying around $1.50 per packet. Other products in this line can go for around $1 to $1.40 per packet.
