I’m a big guy and I needed an XL strap for my Polar H10. This was the best option, and it fits with room to spare.
After sizing to Polar recommendations (6″ gap when loosely wrapped around the chest), and clicking it shut, it practically disappears. In fact, after a workout I find myself checking to see if I have removed the strap or not!
Very comfy, very well made, with “grippy strips” on the inside to improve fit.
You won’t be disappointed.

My Polar H10 was having problems missing readings and disconnecting from my Garmin during runs. I read that the straps loose connectivity over time. The new strap was all I needed.

What a huge disappointment this thing has been. I’ve gone through two of them in 18 months. First one disintegrated within six months of regular use and cleaning, nothing more than workouts at the gym or hour long runs. The second one I decided I would be extra careful with, clean it gently, not stretch it or pull on the snaps etc. Barely made a difference, maybe I got a couple of extra months out of it but ultimately it suffered the same fate as the first – rubber deteriorated and snaps popped out. Useless. Also worth noting – The monitor itself is a battery hog. Not sure if it ever stops transmitting when I take it off (because of the janky strap perhaps?) because I have to change the battery every two weeks. When it works, it’s great, but this whole system has some serious drawbacks.

This is my their Polar Pro Chest Strap. The first one (which came with the monitor) had a contact rip off the strap, as did my replacement (which was free via Polar). Again, the contact ripped off when I was disconnecting the main unit (as instructed by Polar so the battery doesn’t drain).
I admittedly was rough with my first strap when it did break as I grabbed the main unit when disconnecting it. However, the second strap I was careful with how I took it off so as to not put undue stress on the contact, and it still ripped. We’ll see how long this one lasts.
Beyond that, the strap is indeed comfortable, the adjustment is very easy (loosening, and tightening it) and the connector for the two sides of the strap is very sturdy without being a pain to open up.
