Easy to use. My son loves it. He can answer my calls and see my texts easily. The watch takes pulse and blood pressure which is important to me. My watch stopped working after a month. Contacted customer service and they sent out a new one within 2 days. Very happy about that. I plan on buying another one. And you can purchase a screen protector for it.

In my opinion, it serves as both a watch and a smart assistant. As I was using it, I discovered that it was quite strong. In addition to heart rate monitoring and sleep quality analysis, it links to my phone wirelessly so I can get real-time information. Additionally, it can precisely record my activity data so that I can learn more about my physical state of fitness. I wear it to bed at night, and it can track my quality of sleep and generate reports on my sleep that are written by professionals. I now have a better understanding of my personal sleep habits, which has allowed me to modify my schedule. All things considered, I think this smart watch is really useful and convenient.

After reading everything I could find online, and still was not able to change the language to English, I found an email support address. [email protected] I sent an email to them about my problem. No more than an hour and my email was answered with instructions and pictures and arrows of what to do.
Then after I easily fixed that, there was something I could not set on my FitVII watch. I immediately sent them another email to fix that. Again, I have received very good instructions. I found something else that I needed help with and they sent me another text to fix that. Unbelievable Customer Service. Now I have the new FITVII Watch working great. It is so bright and colorful with everything I need and can easily switch to any task. This is a special watch that has far exceeded my expectations.
PS I have an Apple Watch 9; I like this FITVII much better and I do not have to take it off every day to charge it.

So far I am pleasantly surprised by the design of the FITVII Health & Fitness Tracker 2024. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I am currently having trouble with the watch accurately tracking my steps and miles. Walked over 2 mile this evening and the tracker never reached the 1 mile mark. I had MapMyWalk and GoogleFit running as backup when I realized it wasn’t tracking properly. I have reached out to customer service to see if they can assist. I hope it is just a calibration issue because everything else about the watch is awesome. Stay tuned for an updated….
Update .. I had to return all three of the watches that I purchased. I was informed by customer service that the FitVII does not have a GPS tracking and that the way your steps are tracked depends on whether you swing your arms when you walk or not. Since I needed a watch that track accurate steps and mileage and had GPS, I had to return them and purchase a different smartwatch. I still am impressed by the other features. If they ever upgrade to a version with built-in GPS I would definitely purchase the watch again.

So I thought I would give this some time and compare it to my Apple Watch, Pokémon GO, my Apple health, and a few other tracking apps because I like to be precise. This watch reads at least 1,000steps or less than what I’ve actually walked. I tested this out for nearly a month now, it’s always wrong. Also if you aren’t “swinging” your arms it doesn’t read proper either. So shopping and pushing a cart doesn’t count. Really wish it would’ve read it better but I guess I’ll just rely on apps for that.
Otherwise the volume is annoying, no way to turn it down so I highly recommend leaving it on vibrate only unless you like being startled constantly. Heart rate isn’t accurate.
Only plus side is the metal band is comfortable, easy to set up, and mostly does what you’d like example would be looking at who texts you, it just doesn’t show the whole text. Charge is fast and lasts 5days or so for me (I use lowest brightness.) waterproof more like water resistant give or take.

While the menstrual tracking feature isn’t relevant to me personally, I can see how it would be beneficial for many users. Overall, this FITVII tracker offers exceptional value for its price point, seamlessly blending health monitoring, fitness tracking, and smart features in one stylish package.

I was unhappy with my former tracker from a leading company because it didn’t include Blood Pressure monitoring. When that tracker’s battery quit I decided to try FITVII. It has all the features I wanted and more, is easier to read, and holds a charge for a very long time. I’ve been very happy with its functioning, however, I chose the metal wristband which I think looks much more professional, and the attachment to the tracker broke in such a way that I couldn’t wear it anymore. I contacted the company support and they immediately offered to replace the tracker. I think that perhaps the plastic wristband is a better choice, particularly if you are very active. I would definitely buy this tracker again because I like the features.
